Pipeline Board
The Pipeline Board is the heart of Bsynced CRM — a visual Kanban-style view of every active deal, organised by stage.

Understanding the Board
Each column on the board represents a pipeline stage. Deal cards live inside columns and move left to right as they progress towards a close.
At the top of each column you can see:
- The stage name
- The total value of all deals in that stage
- The deal count
Deal Cards
Each card shows at a glance:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Deal title | The name of the opportunity |
| Contact / Company | Associated contact and organisation |
| Value | Expected deal value |
| Close date | Target close date (colour-coded when overdue) |
| Health score | A coloured indicator (green / amber / red) |
| Tags | Colour-coded labels for quick filtering |
| Assignee avatar | The team member responsible |
Moving Deals Between Stages
Drag a deal card from one column and drop it into another to advance the stage. The deal's history records every stage change with a timestamp.
Alternatively, open the deal and select a new stage from the Stage dropdown inside the deal detail modal.
Adding a Deal
- Click + Add Deal at the top of any stage column.
- Fill in:
- Title (required)
- Contact — link an existing contact or create one inline
- Value — expected deal value and currency
- Close date — target date for closing
- Assignee — the team member responsible
- Click Save. The card appears in the chosen stage column.
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar at the top of the pipeline to find deals by name or contact. Apply filters using:
- Tags — show only deals with specific labels
- Assignee — filter by team member
- Stage — jump to a specific stage
- Status — Active, Won, Lost
Maximise a deal
Click the expand icon on any deal card to open it in a full-screen maximise view — useful when reviewing documents or composing long emails without losing context.
Winning and Losing Deals
Right-click a deal card (or use the card menu) to mark it as Won or Lost. You will be prompted to enter a close reason. Won and lost deals are removed from the active board but remain in your reports.
Board vs. List View
Toggle between Kanban (board) and List view using the view switcher in the top-right corner. List view is better for bulk actions and sorting by close date or value.
Permissions
Only users with the Manager or Admin role can delete deal cards. Members can move cards and update details but cannot delete.
