Meeting Types

Meeting types define the different kinds of meetings prospects can book. You can have multiple meeting types — for example, a short discovery call and a longer product demo.

  3. Choose the answer type: text, dropdown, checkbox, or multi-select.
  4. Toggle Required if the question must be answered.

Availability Overrides

Each meeting type can have its own availability settings that override your general working hours. For example, you may only want demo calls on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Toggle Use custom availability and set the specific days and times for this meeting type.

Viewing Your Booking Page

Click Preview on any meeting type to open the public booking page as a prospect would see it. Test the booking flow end-to-end before sharing the link.

Managing Bookings

Confirmed bookings appear in Booking → Upcoming with:

  • Meeting type name
  • Prospect name and email
  • Date and time
  • Location / meeting link
  • Questions and answers provided by the prospect

You can cancel or reschedule a booking from this list. The prospect receives an automatic email notification when you do.

CRM Integration

When a prospect books a meeting:

  1. A new Activity (type: Meeting) is created in the CRM and assigned to you.
  2. If the prospect's email matches an existing contact, the activity is linked to that contact.
  3. If no matching contact exists, a new contact is created automatically.
  4. The activity appears in the Activities module and the linked contact's timeline.

Add booking link to email sequences

Include your booking link in automation sequence emails using the merge tag. This lets prospects self-schedule after reading your follow-up email, eliminating a round-trip of emails to find a time.
