Booking Scheduler Setup
The Booking Scheduler lets prospects and clients book meetings with you using a shareable link — without the back-and-forth of finding a time that works.
Add-on required
The Booking Scheduler requires the Booking add-on to be enabled in the Marketplace.
How It Works
- You configure your meeting types and availability in Bsynced CRM.
- Share your booking link with prospects (via email, WhatsApp, or on your website).
- Prospects open the link, see your available slots, and pick one.
- The meeting is confirmed and added to your calendar automatically.
- Both you and the prospect receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Initial Setup
Step 1 — Connect Your Calendar
The booking scheduler syncs with your calendar to check your real availability and add confirmed bookings.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Booking Scheduler.
- Choose your calendar provider:
- Google Calendar — click Connect Google Calendar and authorise access
- Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 — click Connect Microsoft Calendar and authorise access
- Select the calendar to check for conflicts (e.g. your work calendar).
- Select the calendar to add new bookings to.
Use a dedicated booking calendar
Create a dedicated calendar (e.g. "Bsynced Bookings") in Google Calendar or Outlook and select it as the booking target. This keeps confirmed meetings separate from your personal calendar events.
Step 2 — Set Your Working Hours
- Go to Booking → Availability.
- Set your working days (Mon–Fri by default).
- Set your working hours for each day (e.g. 09:00–17:00).
- Set your timezone — prospects see slots in their local time.
- Set a buffer time between meetings (e.g. 15 minutes) to avoid back-to-back bookings.
- Set a minimum notice period (e.g. 2 hours) — prospects cannot book slots within this window.
- Set a maximum days in advance a prospect can book (e.g. 60 days).

Your Booking Link
Once set up, your personal booking page URL is displayed in Booking → Settings:

Blocking Time Off
To block out periods when you are unavailable (holiday, internal meetings, etc.):
- Go to Booking → Availability → Block Time.
- Click + Block Period.
- Set the start and end date/time.
- Optionally add a label (for your reference only).
- Save.
Blocked periods show as unavailable on your booking page.
Calendar sync required for accurate availability
If your calendar is not connected, the booking scheduler cannot check for existing commitments. All calendar-based blocks must be synced to ensure your availability is accurate. Reconnect if the sync status shows an error.
