Platform Overview
The Admin Panel is the platform-level control centre, accessible only to super-administrators of the Bsynced CRM platform (not to individual workspace admins). It provides oversight of all workspaces, tenants, usage, billing, and platform-wide settings.

Super-admin access only
The Admin Panel is separate from the workspace-level Settings. Only platform-level super-admins (typically the SaaS operator) can access it. Individual workspace admins cannot see other workspaces.
Accessing the Admin Panel
The Admin Panel is accessible at a dedicated admin URL (e.g. https://app.bsynced.com/admin). Login requires a super-admin account with elevated privileges.
Dashboard Summary
The Admin Panel home screen shows a platform-wide overview:

| Total contacts | Aggregate contacts stored across the platform |
| Storage used | Total file storage consumed vs. platform capacity |
| Monthly recurring revenue | Aggregated MRR from all active paid subscriptions |
| New workspaces this month | Sign-ups and trial starts |
| Churned workspaces this month | Cancellations in the current month |
Workspace List
The workspace list shows all tenants on the platform:

| Last activity | Most recent CRM activity in the workspace |

Quick Filters
Filter by status (Active, Trial, Suspended), plan type, or date created. Sort by MRR, user count, or last activity to identify high-value or at-risk tenants.
Usage Report
Go to Admin → Usage Report for a detailed breakdown:
- Per-workspace storage — file upload consumption
- Email volume — emails sent per workspace per month
- API calls — API usage if the workspace uses integrations
- WhatsApp messages sent — per workspace
- Sequence executions — per workspace
Use this data to enforce plan limits, identify heavy users for upsell conversations, and plan infrastructure capacity.
Platform Announcements
Post announcements that appear as a banner inside the CRM for all workspace users:
- Go to Admin → Announcements.
- Click + New Announcement.
- Write the message (e.g. scheduled maintenance, new feature launch).
- Set the display period (start and end date/time).
- Choose the severity: Info (blue), Warning (amber), Critical (red).
- Save.
The announcement banner appears at the top of every workspace user's CRM until the end date.
Audit Logs
The platform-level audit log records every super-admin action:
- Workspace created, suspended, or deleted
- Plan changed for a workspace
- Add-on enabled or disabled for a workspace
- Admin login events
Logs are retained for 12 months and can be exported as CSV.
