Workspace Management
The Workspace Management section of the Admin Panel lets platform super-admins create, configure, suspend, and delete workspaces — and control which add-ons each workspace can access.

Creating a New Workspace
- Go to Admin → Workspaces.
- Click + New Workspace.
- Fill in:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Company name | The client or tenant name |
| Admin email | The email address of the first workspace admin |
| Plan | The subscription plan to assign |
| Billing cycle | Monthly or annual |
| Trial end date | If on trial, the date the trial expires |
| Timezone | Default workspace timezone |
- Click Create Workspace.
An invitation email is sent to the admin email address. The workspace is immediately available and active.
Editing a Workspace
Click any workspace name in the list to open the workspace detail panel. From here you can:
- Change plan — upgrade or downgrade the subscription
- Edit billing details — adjust the billing cycle, next payment date, or MRR amount
- Add notes — internal notes visible only to super-admins (not the workspace users)
- View activity stats — user count, deal count, contact count, storage used
Suspending a Workspace
Suspending a workspace blocks all users from logging in while preserving all data.
- Open the workspace detail panel.
- Click Suspend Workspace.
- Select a reason (non-payment, breach of terms, requested by client).
- Optionally enter a message that workspace users will see when they try to log in.
- Confirm.
Workspace users attempting to log in see a suspension notice with contact details.
To unsuspend: open the workspace and click Reactivate.
Deleting a Workspace
Permanent action
Deleting a workspace permanently removes all data: contacts, deals, leads, emails, files, settings, and users. This cannot be undone. Export data before deleting.
- Open the workspace detail panel.
- Click Delete Workspace.
- Type the workspace name to confirm.
- Click Delete.
After deletion, the workspace name is immediately freed and can be reused by a new workspace.
Managing Add-ons Per Workspace
Control which add-ons appear in each workspace's Marketplace:
- Open the workspace detail panel.
- Click the Add-ons tab.
- Toggle each add-on on or off.
Toggling an add-on off hides it from the workspace's Marketplace — the workspace admin cannot enable it themselves. If an add-on is toggled off while already enabled in the workspace, it is immediately disabled and the related module is hidden from users.
This allows you to:
- Bundle specific add-ons for specific plan tiers
- Offer custom add-on packages to individual clients
- Restrict add-ons for workspaces that have not paid for them
Impersonation (Support Mode)
Super-admins can impersonate a workspace user to troubleshoot issues without requiring their password:
- Open the workspace detail panel.
- Click Support Login.
- Select the user to impersonate from the workspace's user list.
- Click Login as User.
You are logged into the CRM as that user. All actions taken in impersonation mode are recorded in the platform audit log with an "Impersonated" flag for compliance.
Click Exit Impersonation in the top banner to return to the Admin Panel.
Billing per Tenant
Go to Admin → Billing → Per Workspace to see a revenue breakdown per workspace:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Tenant name |
| Plan | Current plan |
| MRR | Monthly recurring revenue |
| Last payment | Date of most recent successful charge |
| Payment status | Paid, Overdue, Failed |
| Lifetime value | Total revenue from this workspace |
Failed payments trigger an automatic dunning email sequence to the workspace admin. After three failed attempts, the workspace is automatically suspended.
Stripe integration
Platform billing is powered by Stripe. Each workspace corresponds to a Stripe Customer. View the full payment history, dispute information, and raw invoice data directly in your Stripe dashboard.
